MEET YOUR COACH

Hi I’m Brent Halfyard, professional voice actor, and voice coach. I’ve been coaching for over 15 years, and have been a professional voice actor since 2000.

AS A KID I messed around with funny voices and impersonations and wondered if I could ever make a career out of it. I created my first voice demo but gave up not knowing what I needed to do. I registered for college to be a teacher (or something my mother would approve of). After my first day at college I got a call from a local radio station,

"Hey Brent, I got your demo tape, wanna job?". I cashed in my books the next day and my career began.

Yup, one day of college changed my life!

After many workshops, coaches and personal challenges over the years I had a solid voice over career.

Then I was asked if I could teach kids.

"What? Me? A teacher? Kids? Heck no!".

After some thought I gave it a try and it turned out to be a pivotal moment... I love to teach! 

Since then I've coached hundreds of students, from 6 years old to 80 and all ages in between. I’ve helped students get top agents and paying jobs, I’ve worked with corporations, CEOs  and employees to improve their confidence and speaking skills.
